NEW CENTURY INVESTMENTS (SINCE 1950)

The evolution of New Century Investments began in 1950, with the founding of Thompson & Thompson Building Contractors, by James I. Thompson and James R. Thompson Sr. In 1978, James R. Thompson II joined James R. Thompson Sr. to form Thompson Associates Designers and Building Contractors. In 1998, Thompson Associates branched into two major entities (1) New Century Investments (Hotel & Restaurant Developers / Ownership) and (2) Thompson Associates Investments (Hotel & Restaurant Management Company).
